2023 Drone Symposium

The Center for Aviation Studies is excited to announce the first Drone Symposium of 2023. This event will consist of several of the industries biggest companies from the uncrewed aerial systems (UAS) realm. This symposium will pair industry partners with faculty from the university to show students how they can fit UAS into the professional path. 

The Keynote speaker for the event will be Colin Romberger – Skydio – Solutions Engineering Manager and will feature the Skydio Dock where he will talk about engineering, software development, industry use cases. A link to his bio can be found here.

Session 4 – Drones Helping Solve Environmental and Agricultural Problems -  Deborah Sheeler, Rachel Miller (Davey Resource Group), and Dr. Sami Khanal (OSU Department of Food, Agricultural and Biological Engineering)

Activities will take place February 11, 2023 from 9:45-5:00 p.m. at Scott Labs E0001, E0004, E0024, E0040, located at 201 W 19th Ave, Columbus, OH 43210. There will be tables available for student groups that would like to present to the audience.
