Youth Outreach

We focus on elementary, middle and high school students through STEM after-school, weekend and summer programs to provide young people with aeronautical knowledge and career education. Below is a list of our partners offering youth programming: 

• Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals (OBAP) 

• Tuskegee Airmen, Inc. 

• Women in Flight 

• Youth Aviation Adventure (YAA) 

• Young Eagles (EAA) Chapter 9  

EAA and YAA hold annual events at The Ohio State University Airport for youth in the central Ohio area. The youth have the opportunity to discover different facets of aviation and EAA gives youth the opportunity to go on a FREE introductory flight with a pilot. Visit The Ohio State University Airport or the youth partners’ websites for more information.
