Career Eagles Aviation Initiative creates career pathways

The Regional Airline Association (RAA) published an article highlighting the success of the Career Eagles Aviation Initiative in their recent edition of the Regional Horizons magazine.  

RAA is at the forefront of the pilot supply issue, as more pilots either retire from their regional airlines or move up to fill openings at major airlines.  For the first time in 35+ years there are not enough pilots in training to fill the current and forecasted openings.

Career Eagles is working to help decrease this supply shortage by showing young people the opportunities avialable in the aviation industry and encouraging them to pursue careers in the industry.
